A simple formula for a 50 if not a 100 bagger in 10-15 years: 1. Buy the right business, management combo in an attractive industry with sustainable tailwinds 2. Buy at low prices when the asset is unseen 3. Hold like gold and resist jumping in/out for as long as the thesis is intact
The biggest factor is the 'time' in addition to getting into the right business at the right valuations. The market will give you enough reasons to jump out of a secular story. Once you get in at the right price, then tracking and holding is easier assuming you did the original research!
